The consultant performs an important interface function between the outplacement candidate and the company’s management. The entrusted person supervises the candidate in the separation phase from the initial situation analysis and search strategy to their implementation and finally a new employment. Depending on the topic and the need, specialized coaches are drawn up for specific consultations, clarifications, health checks, outdoor activities and retreats in Switzerland and abroad.
