Cookies

We use cookies on our website. Cookies – including those from third parties whose services we use (third-party cookies) – are text files stored in your browser. Cookies may be stored in your browser when you visit our website. Cookies allow your browser to be recognized on your next visit. They cannot execute programs or transmit malware such as trojans or viruses. Cookies are essential to provide our services, including our website, effectively, user-friendly, and securely, particularly by analyzing usage for error correction and improvements.

You can deactivate or delete the use of cookies in your browser settings at any time. Without cookies, our services may not be available in full. We inform you about the use of cookies or request your consent when you visit our website.

We use the following cookies:

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). On our behalf, Google collects data about your visit to our website to evaluate your usage and compile reports on website activity.

To analyze the usage of our website, we use “cookies.” Collected information includes operating system, browser, your IP address, the website you previously visited (referrer URL), and the date and time of your visit. This information is transferred to Google’s servers (in the USA) and stored there. IP anonymization is active on our website. Your IP address is truncated within the EU member states and the European Economic Area, including Switzerland, making it impossible to trace back to you.

You can prevent Google Analytics from using your data by downloading the corresponding browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
More information on data protection can be found at Google:

Google Ads/Google Tag Manager

We use Google Ads to be able to display advertising for our offer in a targeted manner, in particular to people who are interested in our offer, including our website, or who use our offer, including our website, for which we transmit corresponding information – including personal information – to Google (remarketing). We also use the Google Tag Manager to embed and manage Google Ads and other services from Google and third parties in our website. Google processes the information submitted and other data in this context pseudonymously, i.e. from Google’s point of view, pseudonymous profiles and not profiles of individual actually identified people are managed, unless the person in question has expressly allowed Google to carry out the processing without pseudonymization. You can object to interest-based advertising by Google by using the corresponding setting options from Google (https://myadcenter.google.com/?sasb=true). In particular, Google has published the following information on the type, scope and purpose of data processing in connection with Google AdWords: https://policies.google.com/

Google Web Fonts

We use so-called web fonts provided by Google on our website to ensure a uniform display of fonts. When you visit our website, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. The browser you use establishes a connection to Google’s servers. This tells Google that our website was accessed via your IP address. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used. Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation of our online offerings. For more information about Google Web Fonts, see the Google Web Fonts FAQs: https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq/privacy?hl=de

We use YouTube to embed videos into our website. YouTube is a Google service. Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland is responsible for the collection and further processing of personal data on YouTube websites. Ireland is also the recipient country of any data transfer. Our hoster will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfill its service obligations and will follow our instructions with regard to this data.

In order to ensure that processing complies with data protection regulations, we have concluded a contract for order processing with our hoster. The website is hosted in Switzerland.

6. Disclosure to third parties

We always treat your personal data confidentially and only pass it on if you have consented to this, if we are legally obliged or entitled to do so, or if this is necessary to enforce our rights, in particular to enforce claims arising from the contractual relationship.

We also pass your personal data on to third parties if this is necessary or appropriate in the context of using the website or to provide the services you have requested (including outside the website).

The legal regulations on the disclosure of personal data to third parties are of course complied with. If we use contract processors to provide our services, we take suitable legal precautions and appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of your personal data in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.

If the level of data protection in a country in which the data is processed does not correspond to the applicable data protection regulations, we contractually ensure that the protection of your personal data always corresponds to that in Switzerland or the EU/EEA, for example by including the EU standard contractual clauses.

Our offer contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We cannot therefore accept any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages.

7. Storage period

We only process and store your personal data for the period necessary to achieve the storage purpose or if this has been provided for in laws or regulations to which we are subject. If the storage purpose no longer applies or if a prescribed retention period expires, your data will be blocked or deleted routinely and in accordance with the legal regulations.

8. Data security

We take appropriate and suitable organizational and technical measures to ensure data protection and data security. Access to our offer is via transport encryption (SSL / TLS). You should always be aware that the transmission of information via the Internet and other electronic means involves certain security risks and that we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted in this way.
